Matthew "Hax" Hackbarth
My name is Matthew "Hax" Hackbarth and I am a Los Angeles, California based Technical Supervisor and Camera Operator for the production of broadcast media.
My credits include such hit shows as Bill Nye Saves the World and Kevin Hart: Don't F*** This Up for Netflix, Bravo's Top Chef, E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, MTV's The Challenge, HBO's Project Greenlight, and many others.
I am also a Partner and Chief Technology Officer of Twenty20 Entertainment, Inc., a company that specializes in Wireless Video, Control Room, and Remote Streaming Solutions for various Film, Television, and Streaming productions.
During my time at Twenty20 I have had the opportunity to develop the specialized remote streaming server now known as an Xtream, as well as contributing to the development of our own custom in house RF Wireless Video Diversity Receivers.
I am from Wisconsin originally, where I first began my foray into the production of broadcast media at the tender age of 15 shooting, producing, and editing my high school's daily news broadcast.
In my free time I enjoy reading, traveling, computers and photography. That being said, my pursuit of perspective and objectivity leads me to a seemingly endless stream of hobbies.
